I just wanted to take a moment to let you know what I great experience I've had with your company and employees. I really love our new website, but the greatest part of it all is how wonderful everyone there (including you) has been to work with.
Rob is great and very responsive, but I have to give a HUGE special mention to Jon Christensen. I can't even tell you how many times I've bugged him with changes, edits, questions, etc. and he is always patient, quick to respond and quick to complete anything I ask of him. I'm sure there have been some days where he wanted to block me from his email, but he never made me feel as though I was a bother at all.

Since 2001, we've worked on several projects with First Scribe including a complete web site redesign. I can't believe how easy the Contribute tool is to use. With a simple and familiar interface, I can easily add or update content on my organization's website. First Scribe even trained me on the Contribute tool.

The Dakota County Community Development Agency (CDA) hired First Scribe in spring 2005 to redesign its web site. The design process went smoothly and the end result was exactly what we were looking for – a professional updated look for our site. With the redesign, we switched from using Microsoft FrontPage to Macromedia Contribute 3 for content management of the site. It was a very easy transition to using Contribute for updating the site and it provides easier editing and uploading of the web pages. The CDA is also hosting its site through First Scribe. This is allowing us to receive monthly reports on the usage of the site which will be very valuable information to have in order to continue to expand information on the site for our clientele.
I want to thank you for a job well done. Your design team professionally created our site with a keen appreciation of our target market and budget. We receive leads and complements on the site daily. You really delivered big!
