History
Jay Perrill was introduced to the newly forming “World Wide Web” while
he was working towards his master's degree at the University of Minnesota.
The internet had been around for more than a decade, but this new graphical layer running on top of the internet was just being developed. Jay became intrigued with the "Web" and started First Scribe in 1993 - becoming one of the first web design companies in the country!
Jay's vision was to build a small company based on the highest quality service and friendly business practices. Over the years he has dedicated himself to employing a team of individuals that are dedicated to the original vision.
Jay says, "My most important responsibility is bringing together a top caliber team of professionals."
As our team has evolved, the services we offer has grown immensely. What began as a fledgling Minneapolis web design company is now a sophisticated organization capable of delivering the most highly-advanced, custom web applications.
Since 1993, the world wide web has experienced significant change and growth. We have changed and grown as well, but our passion for web design and development has remained.
