  Dermatology Specialists approached our team in search of a design that would encompass their three areas of specialty in Medical, Cosmetic, and Surgical Dermatology. The existing site navigation had difficulty guiding visitors to their areas of interest. Our first priority was to develop a design with a balance between medical and surgical services while also providing an inviting look to this medical field.

• Internet Marketing

  The field of dermatology in the Minneapolis, Minnesota metro area is relatively low competition compared to other cosmetic services in the area. We optimized the site and they were almost instantly on the Google radar. The remaining hurdle will be building links to boost their initial PageRank of 1/10.

  A 1/10 is a difficult place to begin and the site will require a great deal of effort for link building in order to top the Google results pages. We started with a significant amount of small business directories and continued building links in the medical association arena. They are beginning to see results but time is now the biggest factor in the equation.
