Level	Description

1	Maintenance - This is a low rated severity. This occurs when First Scribe is performing routine system maintenance, upgrades, or during other periods of scheduled downtime.

2	Impairment - This is a medium rated severity. This occurs when a system component is impaired either performance or feature wise, but is otherwise operational.

3	Critical - This is the most critical severity. This is due to unexpected or unforeseen failure.
