Anti-Spam Policy
What Is Spam?
Spam (unsolicited commercial email, Spam email, bulk email, mass
email, junk email) is an electronic message that is transmitted
to someone without their request or consent. Simply, it is an electronic
equivalent to the junk mail you expect receive in your mail box every
week.
Our Anti-Spam Policy Is Simple:
We do not practice or condone unsolicited junk email (Spam).
We will actively protect your hosted email account from incoming
Spam and we will not allow our resources to transmit Spam.
Stop
Spam From Reaching Your Inbox:
First Scribe offers anti-spam filters for hosted email accounts.
This enhancement uses sophisticated "learning" techniques to
identify and eliminate spam from your inbox, for good. Spam email
messages can be flagged as spam or deleted before they get to
you.
First Scribe Will Not Transmit Spam:
We will not allow our hardware, software, or combined services
to be used for the purpose of Spam. If we find that a someone
is using our resources to send Spam, we will attempt to politely
educate them towards a more acceptable practice. If Spamming continues
we will take corrective action with may include termination of hosting and email privileges.
